About Megan Bruneau, M.A, RCC 

Quoted by Deepak Chopra as the “Millennials’ therapist,” Megan’s no-bullshit, relatable voice has garnered over 30m views and landed appearances on The T.D. Jakes Show, Good Morning America and New York 1 Morning News. Transparent about her own mental health, eating disorder history, frequent heartaches and uncertain entrepreneurial life in New York City, Megan’s vulnerable and humorous writing-style has inspired dozens of viral articles – making her a Huffington Post – homepage regular, MindBodyGreen, and Forbes favorite.



Megan has a master of arts in counseling psychology and a bachelor of arts in psychology and social work. With nearly two decades of experience providing crisis support, therapy, and coaching, she’s a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC #6420) in the province of British Columbia and sees clients globally as a coach. By sharing her personal experiences alongside her professional expertise, Megan seeks to change the way people relate to their inner and outer worlds. Tiffany Dow

Coach 

Tiffany brings 15 years of C suite executive partnerships to her practice and specializes in executive presence, boundaries, avoiding burnout, and preventing unhealthy team dynamics. Tiffany's no nonsense approach to coaching promotes clarity and purpose. Working with Tiffany can help offload unnecessary "life noise" in order to focus on career results. She has worked across a variety of industries including private equity, management consulting, litigation, department of defense, diversity, equity and inclusion as well as the nonprofit sector. Tiffany is currently an M.A. Candidate for Clinical Mental Health Counseling at the University of Colorado, Colorado Springs (UCCS).

Specializing in depression, anxiety, grief and trauma, she offers a warm and nonjudgmental space to provide support, guidance, clarity, and growth. Nicole Canovas

Graphics Coordinator, Podcast Producer, Web Designer

Nicole is a creative jack-of-all-trades. Her responsibilities on the team are mainly on the tech spectrum; from creating Instagram graphics, to website updates, to YouTube video editing.  Nicole has also been producing the episodes of The Failure Factor, starting with Episode 23.  You can find out more about her freelance venture, Husmus, here.

Yanyan Butuhan

Executive Assistant

Yanyan graduated with a degree in accountancy. She has ten years of accounting experience and has also spent two years working as a virtual executive assistant. Yanyan’s passions are in becoming a jane (jack)-of-all trades. Aside from work, Yanyan enjoys playing musical instruments and spending quality time with family.
