Megan has a master of arts in counseling psychology and a bachelor of arts in psychology and social work. With nearly two decades of experience providing crisis support, therapy, and coaching, she’s a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC #6420) in the province of British Columbia and sees clients globally as a coach. By sharing her personal experiences alongside her professional expertise, Megan seeks to change the way people relate to their inner and outer worlds. Tiffany brings 15 years of C suite executive partnerships to her practice and specializes in executive presence, boundaries, avoiding burnout, and preventing unhealthy team dynamics. Tiffany's no nonsense approach to coaching promotes clarity and purpose. Working with Tiffany can help offload unnecessary "life noise" in order to focus on career results. She has worked across a variety of industries including private equity, management consulting, litigation, department of defense, diversity, equity and inclusion as well as the nonprofit sector. Tiffany is currently an M.A. Candidate for Clinical Mental Health Counseling at the University of Colorado, Colorado Springs (UCCS).
