Megan’s approach
Human-to-human: No pantsuits or notepads around here. Only wisdom, support, and guidance from from someone who’s been on both sides of the proverbial couch (er, Skype call).
Professional: That said, Megan takes confidentiality and ethics extremely seriously. You can trust whatever’s discussed in session stays in session (with the exception of some legal limitations)
Skill-building: While some clients value a long-term coaching relationship, Megan seeks to provide her clients with short-term solutions and tools they can use autonomously in their personal and professional lives
Research-supported: As a legit mental health professional, Megan works from a variety of empirically-supported therapeutic modalities such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Compassion-Focused Therapy, and Attachment-based somatic approaches.

How it works
Coaching sessions are 50 minutes Skype sessions, from anywhere in the world, unless client requests otherwise. The frequency of meetings and duration of working relationship will be co-determined between Megan and the client based on needs.
